The 2026 Journey to Excellence Competition represent the top 1% of the retail body. This is an opportunity for the elite in your field to compete as a result of your hard work and commitment in the FY25/26 program year.

THE EXPERIENCE​
​
The FY25/26 Journey to Excellence Competition is a JLR hosted experience in Mahwah, NJ and New York City. Hotel accommodations will be provided at Hotel Nyack, located a short distance from the JLR North America Headquarters, and The Times Square EDITION in New York City.
JLR will provide a travel stipend upon arrival at the program. This will be provided in the form of a Visa gift card. For the stipend, participants will receive:

$675 stipend for air travel and ground transportation to/from Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) and Hotel Nyack

$200 stipend if traveling by car to Hotel Nyack, with transfer back from NYC

$75 stipend for dine around evening in Nyack, NY (shuttles will be provided)

JLR will host the following:​
