When to arrive?

Our travel partner will work with you to arrange travel so that you arrive to Vienna (VIE) on December 6th and return on December 10th. Ground transportation on the main group arrival and departure days will be provided by JLR.

​Can I extend my stay on either end of the trip?

​Outside of program dates, guests will be on their own for additional accommodations. Should you decide to extend your trip, we are happy to assist with bookings from our end. Just let us know during your registration.

May I bring a guest to participate on this trip?

Yes, you are welcome to bring one (1) adult guest (21+) to accompany you on this trip. Your guest is invited to participate in all functions.

What is the program attire?

For the Awards Ceremony evening, we are hosting an iconic Viennese Ball, so we recommend elevated attire that is fit for a palace! For all other portions of our trip, casual and warm clothing is recommended. Both Vienna and Bratislava are known to be pedestrian friendly cities, so be mindful when packing to ensure you have comfortable clothing and shoes to explore each town by foot! Please make sure your attire is brand appropriate (no offensive language or imagery).  Please note that the factory tour to Nitra requires closed-toe athletic shoes.
