Our Travel partner will work with you on booking your Main Cabin flights to San Juan International Airport (SJU) and return from St. Thomas International Airport (STT). Once you return your signed waivers (one per guest), our partner will send you a proposed flight itinerary. You and your guest will need to approve the proposed itinerary prior to us booking your flights.

If you arrive on November 15 and depart on November 19, your ground transportation will be provided by JLR for those flying into San Juan International Airport (SJU) and out of St. Thomas International Airport (STT).

Upon Arrival to San Juan International Airport:

Upon arrival, please proceed through passport control where you will be escorted through immigration. Once you have collected your luggage from baggage claim, follow the signs to exit the airport and look for staff with JLR signage. They will escort you to ground transportation.

If you have made other arrangements and do not require transportation between the airport and hotel, please let us know by emailing support@JLRJTE.com or check “No – I do not need transportation” within the travel section of your registration.
