A travel stipend will be provided by JLR in the form of a VISA gift card. Participants will receive this stipend upon arrival at the program.

 

For participants flying in/out of Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR)for the program, a travel stipend in the amount of $675 will be provided to go towards flights and ground transportation from EWR to Hotel Nyack on August 18th.

 

Please book a flight that arrives into Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) no later than 1:00 PM on Tuesday, August 18th. If attendees are unable to land at EWR by 1:00 PM on Tuesday, August 18th, we ask that they arrive on Monday, August 17th and JLR will provide accommodations for Monday night at Hotel Nyack. This is critical as programming begins promptly at 3:30 PM on Tuesday and attendees will need time to deplane, gather luggage and transfer to the Nyack area.

 

Participants are responsible for booking their own flights. You will be responsible for coordinating your own transportation from Newark International Airport on August 18th. We recommend the use of a ride share app like Uber or Lyft, or a taxi service.

 

For those traveling by car, a travel stipend in the amount of $200 will be provided. We ask that you arrive to Hotel Nyack on Tuesday, August 18th by 3:00 PM to assure you are able to register in time to depart with the group.

 

Departures will take place on Friday, August 21st. Complimentary ground transportation will be provided by JLR on Friday, August 21st between 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM for those departing The Times Square EDITION and flying out of Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR).

 

Ground transportation will be provided back to Hotel Nyack for those that drove their own vehicles. This transfer will depart The Times Square EDITION at 10:00 AM on Friday, August 21st.
